- Submitting papers on someone’s behalf
- If you are not the author and simply submitting on behalf of someone else, you
MUST contact the LIA Conference Department (conferences@lia.org) after the submission. This is to ensure that the author/presenter can access their abstract
information and upload a manuscript. If there no contact with the LIA after the submission, then duplicate records will occur and these will be deleted.

- Manuscripts:
- Prior to uploading the file, you will have to read and approve the copyright
information
- After the manuscript/paper is uploaded, please review your submission to make sure that everything transferred correctly (images, photographs, scientific symbols and/or characters, formulas). Please proof read your PDF as it will not be checked by the LIA before going to print.
