Ad Submission Instructions
Electronically
Electronically submitted files created in the following desktop publishing software: MAC or PC accepted. Photoshop CS2 and Fireworks 8. Format: JPEG or GIF.
Note: if your software is not listed or you require additional information, please email Jim Naugle or call 407-380-1553, for possible options.
Files should be supplied by any one of the following: CD/DVD or e-mail (preferred).
Ad Cancellation Policy
For booked campaigns (campaigns for which we have received a signed IO/agreement) ad reservations are subject to cancellation fees according to the following schedule:
- 30 days or less before publication: 100% cancellation fee
- 6 months to 31 days before publication: 50% cancellation fee
- More than 6 months before publication: 25% cancellation fee
Monthly eNewsletter
LIA Connection is a monthly eNewsletter for both members and non-members that includes information about the latest news from LIA and our members. A calendar of upcoming courses and conferences is listed, along with discounts on LIA publications, products, and services. This is LIA's only exclusive advertising opportunity - only one ad per issue, placed in the top right corner of the eNewsletter. Distribution includes all people involved in laser technology - from end-users to system builders and nurses to laser physicists.
An advertisment in the LIA Connection provides a cost-effective means of increasing exposure.
